RMA Contracts achieves re-certification of ISO 20000:2018, demonstrating its continual commitment to adhere to International Standards
Singapore, 22 October 2019 - RMA Contracts, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing services, is pleased to announce the successful completion of ISO 20000:2018 certification (IT Service Management System) re-certification process by QAI Certification Singapore. The re-certification is granted to RMA in recognition of maintaining the compliance in the areas of Manpower Outsourcing and Managed Payroll Services. Prior to this transition, RMA had first received the ISO 20000 in 2016.
The ISO 20000:2018 is an internationally recognized standard that contains the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices and compliances for IT service management. This renewal of standard demonstrates RMA's persistent drive towards increasing its operational efficiency and service excellence in delivering proactive service management system for organisations, customers and suppliers. The renewal also recognizes RMA's ability to design, deliver and improve services to fulfil Client's requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
ISO standards are regularly reviewed to ensure organizations like RMA are on par with the current international standards of the global marketplace. Striving to keep abreast with the best IT practices that can evolve due to emerging technology and system capabilities, RMA has subjected itself to a third-party expert's evaluation in order to validate if the Company is consistent in following their service management system; a stringent process which involves extensive time, effort, resources, and dedication.
